Custom Coolers, LLC (CC-LLC) has a dominant presence in Texas and
adjoining states for the fabrication of walk in and reach in coolers
and freezers. Established in 1958, our reputation has earned us
contractor loyalty and created a business based on quality and value.
CC-LLC uses wood frame construction for strength and durability.
Kiln dried top grade Spruce, tongue and groove construction is the
foundation of our vaults. Each vault is engineered to exact dimensions,
and designed for years of heavy duty.
Refrigeration equipment is sized to meet application temperatures
from floral boxes at +45 Deg F to Blood Plasma @ -30 Deg F. Warranted
by the manufacturers for performance and dependability.
For restaurant and food preservation use, our vaults are listed
with ETL. Conforming to NSF 7 Food Standards and ASTME84 Smoke and
Flame Standards.
Our customer's need is the first consideration in our design and
fabrication process. You determine, finish, configuration, door
placement, and select features from a wide range of options, resulting
in a vault created to your requirements.
Optional factory trained installers follow engineering prints to
assure field erection to Company specified standards.
Lead time varies throughout the year usually 4 weeks minimum, but
Custom Coolers carries an inventory of pre-fabricated panels to
give immediate delivery of nominal sized cooler and freezers. This
service will save valuable time when the need is urgent.
Quote requests are promptly completed and faxed or emailed. On
receipt of a purchase order we prepare a detailed drawing to assure
construction to the exact dimensions and specifications of our customer.
Drawings must be approved before being scheduled for production.
