WARRANTY
Custom Coolers, LLC (CC-LLC) will warrant to the original
customer of the manufactured foamed-in-place "polyurethane"
products will be free from insulation failure for a period of 10
years from this date of original installation by an authorized installation
contractor who has adhered to the installation instructions.
CC-LLC will warrant to the original customer against any
delaminating of its polystyrene products for a period of one year
from the date of the original installation by an authorized installation
contractor who has adhered to the installation instructions.
OTHER WARRANTIES
Painted surfaces shall be warranted against defects in materials
and workmanship under normal use and operation for a period of one
year from date of installation.
Warranties are also qualified based upon a proper installation
as per CC-LLC instructions and products operated under optimum conditions
(75°F, 55% Relative Humidity) and within its originally specified
design criteria. Additionally, the product must be installed upon
a proper surface that is level. The product must have sufficient
air gaps around the exterior wall panels and ceiling panels (2"
minimum). The product operating temperature must be within the parameters
of its design. Walk-in doors should not be propped open for long
periods of time.
CC-LLC will be responsible for repairing or replacing, at their
option, FOB factory, any panel determined to be defective within
the specified warranty period.
Products found or claimed to be defective that were used in an
environment less than optimum (75°F, 55 % R.H.) operating parameters
will be excluded from the above warranty.
Typically all other components and hardware have a (1) year warranty
from the date of original installation as per originating manufacturer
warranty of refrigeration, doors, electrical components or any other
accessory included by CC-LLC as a package item, but manufactured
by others. A (5) year compressor warranty is included on any "new"
condensing unit furnished by CC-LLC as part of a package. All equipment
or fixtures manufactured by another company, but furnished by CC-LLC
will carry the standard warranty of the company who manufactured
the product.
CC-LLC shall not be responsible for the labor cost of replacing
another manufacturer's component. CC-LLC will assist the original
customer in obtaining warranty claim replacement parts, refunds
or credits from the component's manufacturer.
OPERATING PARAMETERS
Standard Coolers: Maintain operating temperature between
36°F to 38°F; use Air Defrost coils.
Beer Coolers: Maintain operating temperature between 29°F
to 36°F; use Electric Defrost coils.
Freezers (3-1/2" Urethane): Maintain operating temperature
at 0°F.
Freezers (5-1/4" Urethane): Maintain operating temperature
between -20°F to 0°F.
Disclaimer: Operating the product outside the temperature and humidity
parameters will void this warranty. Placing the product in a hostile
environment or subjecting the product to abuses, such as propping
open walk-in doors or collisions with forklifts will void this warranty.
